By accessing and using the services of M.R.M Painting & Maintenance, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

M.R.M Painting & Maintenance provides:

• Residential and commercial painting services
• Property maintenance and repair services
• Deck staining and restoration
• Plaster repair and restoration
• General maintenance services

• All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days
• Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during work
• Additional work beyond the original scope requires written approval
• Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements

• We will make every effort to complete work within agreed timeframes
• Weather conditions may affect exterior work scheduling
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Emergency repairs may be subject to additional charges

• We guarantee our workmanship for one year from completion date
• Material warranties are provided by manufacturers
• Warranty does not cover damage from normal wear, accidents, or misuse
• Warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of discovery

• We carry full public liability insurance
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided
• We are not responsible for damage to items not properly protected by the customer
• Customers should remove or protect valuable items before work begins

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing safe and reasonable access to work areas
• Moving or protecting personal belongings
• Ensuring pets are secured during work
• Providing accurate information about property conditions
• Making timely payments according to agreed terms

Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Direct communication and good faith negotiation
• Mediation if necessary
• Binding arbitration as a last resort
• All disputes subject to local jurisdiction laws
