Terms of Service

By accessing and using the services of M.R.M Painting & Maintenance, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of Australia.

M.R.M Painting & Maintenance provides:

• Residential and commercial painting services
• Deck staining and restoration
• Plaster repair and restoration

• All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days
• The final price may vary if the conditions found during the work differ from those quoted
• Additional work beyond the original scope requires written approval
• Payment terms will be set out in the individual service agreement

• We will make every effort to complete work within the agreed timeframes
• Weather conditions may affect the scheduling of exterior work
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours beforehand
• Emergency repairs may attract additional charges

• We carry full public liability insurance
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided
• We are not responsible for damage to items the customer has not properly protected
• Customers should remove or protect valuable items before work begins

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing safe and reasonable access to the work areas
• Moving or protecting personal belongings
• Keeping pets secure while work is underway
• Providing accurate information about the condition of the property
• Paying on time, in line with the agreed terms

Any disputes will be dealt with as follows:

• Direct communication and negotiation in good faith
• Mediation, where appropriate
• The courts or tribunals of Victoria, if the dispute cannot be resolved
• These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia
